Nice relaxing stay

Had a standard king room with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom came equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer. There’s a spa and wellness center with a sauna, adding to the relaxation. Breakfast was a decent buffet, but getting a table felt chaotic due to its self-service nature.

i had a great stay during a quick stop in bedford, and it truly exceeded my expectations. the room was luxurious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the river. the staff went above and beyond, making me feel welcomed and at home.

Lovely stay with rejuvenating spa experience

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the Thermal Spa, which was a highlight for relaxing after a long day. The historic charm of the hotel adds a unique character, and I loved having a room with scenic views of the river. it can get quite busy on weekends due to events, making parking a bit challenging.

the bedford has been done up beautifully and is very welcoming. the location by the river is ideal for nice walks. the staff were attentive, especially during our dinner, making the experience enjoyable. it’s great that they have dedicated dog-friendly services, making it inclusive for pet owners.

Family with children enjoy scenic stay

The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed without doubt. We also appreciated the iron and small fridge in the room that was quite handy, especially with kids.

The Bedford hotel offered a lovely stay. I enjoyed the stunning river views and the beautifully decorated lobby. My room, however, left something to be desired. it felt a bit dark and small for the price. The shower was impressive, but the overall room decor seemed outdated. Staff were friendly and attentive, especially during dinner service. Breakfast had potential but fell short. the tea was lukewarm and choices were limited. I appreciate the hotel's location near the river for peaceful walks.

Luxurious, luxurious, luxurious

I felt completely pampered in my Deluxe King Room with its sumptuous linens and gorgeous decor. The picturesque views of the River Ouse from my window were nothing short of breathtaking. Plus, the Thermal Spa was a tempting oasis that left me craving a longer stay to soak in the relaxation!
